The job is to be completed in full or part-time employment at least 30 hours per week for 24 months at 01.09.2026. Remuneration takes place according to the classification rules of the respective domestic collective agreement and is possible in the case of the personal conditions in the remuneration group U9. Our clinic and polyclinic for psychotherapy and psychosomatics, consisting of 34 beds and 50 day clinics, includes, among other things, the focus on anxiety disorders, personality disorders, eating and forced disorders, somatoforme disorders as well as trauma disorders and mother-child infecting disorders. The complexity of psychosomatic treatment approaches is reflected in the multi-professional variety of specialized disorder or life phase-specific therapy offers. Your tasks: In your work as a social pedagoguein / social workerin you work on our station with emphasis on eating disorders. You recognize social therapeutic need for action with our patients:inside, stimulate important support measures and organize them accordingly. For this purpose, you build contact with cooperating internal and external bodies (residential groups, search counselling, youth office etc.) and support the patients in help schedule talks, in the application of services or in the initiation of appointments. They also perform group offers, e.g. psychoeducation and social competence training. With your friendly, prejudice-free and empathic attitude as well as your strong communicative skills, you can also support patients in conflicting situations. They work with us in a multi-professional team of medical and psychological psychotherapists, nurses and specialist therapists in stationary and attached outpatient settings according to scientifically sound treatment concepts and in close cooperation with regional service providers and established colleagues.

Your profile:

• Complete study of social work, social education (primarily diploma or master) with state recognition
• Knowledge in the assessment and processing of social questions
• Comprehensive expertise in social law, in particular in the Social Codes (SGB I-XII), as well as knowledge of relevant adjacent legal areas (e.g. BGB, Basic Law, Nursing Time Act)
• Good knowledge of regional and supra-regional healthcare and support structures in health and social services
• Safe handling of benefits, social security financing and application procedures
• Experience in dealing with mentally ill people
• Interest in continuing training
• Embossed social competence as well as pleasure in work in a multi-professional team
• High communication competence, reflectivity, openness, commitment and readiness
• Flexible working behaviour and very good resource management
• Secure PC/EDV knowledge (min. MS-Office)
