Full-time construction finance consultant (m/f/d)

This is what awaits you: You • advises our customers holistically and competently on all topics related to building financing. • develop individual financing concepts for purchase, new construction, modernization and connection financing. • analyse the economic conditions of our customers and assess financing projects. • create financing offers, accompany the final process and ensure professional execution. • recognize cross-selling potentials and, if necessary, integrate our specialists into the consultation. • maintain existing customer connections and attract new customers. • work in the team with the private customer area, the real estate agency and the market follow-up units. • see developments in the regional real estate and financing market. You bring with them: • successfully completed banking training or comparable qualification • Multiannual professional experience in construction finance consulting or credit business • good knowledge of real estate financing including Funding programmes • strong customer orientation, consulting skills and negotiation skills • independent, structured and solution-oriented • strong communication, are happy to work in the team and maintain a binding and professional appearance • You move safely in the digital world.
