You take care of the correspondence by e-mail, telephone and mail for the management. Everyone can rely on you You're begging the relationship with business partners, customers, authorities, legal advisers, specialist companies and suppliers and treating orders (flowers, contingency cards, coffee etc.) You organize the schedule of the management and take care of business trips and hospitality and coordinate our events (Christmas celebrations, sports events, internal events, etc.) You prepare to receive meetings and business partners You support the personnel department (application process, contract design, etc.) You love your job and you want a modern air-conditioned office and an open corporate culture

You have an education to the secretary, you are a businesswoman for office management (w/m/d) or have learned a similar profession You bring at least five years of professional experience You show a strong customer and service orientation and convince by your targeted, friendly and independent way of working A pronounced reliability and absolute discretion are of course for you.
