Objective:

The mason (m/w/d) is responsible for the professional execution of masonry and concrete works in the high, conversion and rehabilitation area. With his many years of professional experience, he guarantees the quality of the construction design, supports less experienced colleagues and contributes significantly to the timely completion of the construction projects.

Your tasks:

**Labour

• Creating, improving and remediing brickwork, limestone, porcelain concrete, natural and artificial stone
• Execution of concrete works (features, floor plates, formworks, reinforcements)
• Execution of demolition work and statically relevant reconstructions (e.g. wall breakthroughs with supports)
• jointing, plastering and sealing
• Responsibility for occupational safety and health

Reconstruction and conservation

• Restoration and repair of historical building material
• Professional handling of old building materials and traditional techniques

Construction site organization in detail

• Participation in material disposition
• Care and proper use of machines, equipment and tools
• Designing efficient workflows at the construction site

Support for younger employees

• Introduction and technical guidance of trainees and helpers
• Disclosure of expertise, working methods and craft skills

Quality & security

• Compliance with construction plans, technical specifications and DIN standards
• Responsibility for occupational safety and health

• Senior Consultant (m/w/d) or Senior Engineer (m/w/d)
• Long-standing professional experience (3 years) in new building, renovation and renovation
• Funded knowledge in reading construction plans and static specifications
