Operational management and full sales and earnings responsibility for the operation of the meat and cooling centre Quality and number-oriented control & efficiency enhancement as well as result responsibility for the processing, packaging & cooling of food products (including meat products) Responsibility for product calculation and product disposition as well as investment and budget planning Extension of the export function and extraction of third parties Personnel management, planning and development as well as contact persons for external and public authorities You represent the company to the outside and cooperate confidently with your closest employees and other central units of the company

Training in the food industry (Fleischer/in, food technician), business or economics studies or comparable training desirable Professional experience in the processing and packaging of frozen meat products and the like as well as high technical process understanding Experience in the development and implementation of a long-term business policy within the food industry Proven leadership, a persuasive, value-reflected personality that can motivate and inspire by strength, competence, exemplary ability and gaining communication strength Systematic and structured mode of operation, flexibility, reliability, self-organization and loadability as well as hand-on mentality
