External claims adjuster for property/liability (m/f/d)

In the damage outside regulation of our service center, you are responsible for the regulation of damage to the property/ liability of the Continental Insurance Association. You ensure customer and result-oriented damage regulation on site. In your team you meet people who take responsibility and bring their strengths. We exchange and develop together. Are you like us? Then get yourself in: You contribute your part to the damage regulation: You are responsible for customer- and result-oriented and fast, professional and efficient damage regulation in the field of property insurance, mainly for the PLZ area 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 or 03, 05, 06, 10, 13, 14, 15. You always work in a solution-oriented manner: The processing of damages in the field of external and internal services in accordance with the work instructions, guidelines and granted authorisations, as well as the clarification of fraud cases and support in regression cases are your area of responsibility. With your expertise, you are responsible for the review of receivables, cost proposals and repair bills, as well as expert advice from free experts, with careful attention to the central guidelines, in particular the work instructions and reserve guidelines. Through your know-how, you support the field-specific regulatory services. In addition, customer and result-oriented risk assessment as well as suggestions for improving if necessary or Refurbishment support for your area of activity.

Training: You have a successfully completed training as a merchant/wife for insurance and finance. Also welcome as a cross-release: civil engineer, construction technician or craftsman. Experience: You have been able to collect several years of experience in external damage regulation, in particular in property insurance sectors. Knowledge: Ideally, you have legal and insurance-contractual knowledge in the processing of damages in the field of property and liability. Personality: You have the ability to negotiate and formulate in regulatory negotiations. A quick understanding, decision-making and an independent work organization will be yours. You will also bring a high level of mobility and readiness to travel.
