Each team member is part of the whole. This is why we are looking forward to each team member having his expertise and personal experiences and supporting teamwork in our flat hierarchy structure à la “Hands-on-Mentiality”. Our team of outpatient Neukölln is looking forward to a member (m/w/d) who is enthusiastic, need-oriented and friendly to clients. The main tasks are the social pedagogical support and the promotion of people with cognitive impairment in our community in the border alley. Supporting tasks include accompaniment in everyday life and accompaniment to dates of all kinds. These may be doctor appointments, government appointments or bank appointments etc. The focus is also on the appointment of these accompaniments. The design of individual and group appointments also counts. For nursing, we work with external outpatient care services, as they are not at the heart of educational work. The focus of educational support is on maintaining individual skills and developing new skills for as independent and self-determined life as possible. .
