Own operation of the high-quality room air technology (RLT) systems according to VDMA 24168 and VDI 6022 as well as the compressed air systems Responsibility for quick troubleshooting and repair and replacement of defective parts on RLT and compressed air systems Analysis of vulnerabilities, adaptation of plant parameters and independent planning of smaller modernisation measures in the field of air and compressed air technology Coordination of work with other departments, external companies and the beneficiaries in the house and participation in RLT construction measures Creation and maintenance of technical plant documentation and the initiation of necessary material orders and tenders in cooperation with the procurement agency

Senior Engineer (m/w/d) or Master/Master (m/w/d) in the field of heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology, or comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in operation and maintenance of air-conditioning systems Knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and directives, in particular VDMA 24168-1, VDI 6022 Knowledge of the Safety Regulation and applicable safety regulations Basic knowledge of the function of other installations of technical building equipment including building automation Secure application of Microsoft Office programs Outlook, Word, Excel Reliability and flexibility, learning ability and interest in specialist training Very good knowledge of the German language in word and writing
