Your mission with us: * Keep an overview of consumables, furniture and spare parts – you recognize at an early stage when something is missing, and make sure that you have a smooth reorder.

• Care for order, control and movement in the warehouse – from receipt of goods, professional storage to regular damage testing
• Accompanying after-contracting on the premises, coordinate their activities and be a reliable contact person in daily operation
• Document all goods movements and stocks directly and carefully in the ERP system to ensure transparency and traceability
• Lead complaints to clarification and help resolve problems quickly and professionally
• Excess responsibility for the furniture stock and inventory – as a conscientious inventory manager (m/w/d), who ensures order and overview
• Keeping processes, quality and safety requirements consistently – because precision, reliability and care are the basis of your success You can bring this with: * Completed training in the warehouse or logistics sector – alternatively handcrafted and technical background
• Experience with ERP systems (Navision of advantage) and safe handling of MS Office
• Technical understanding of drawings and processes in the warehouse as a logical system
• Ideally possession of a fork certificate
• Structured, reliable and self-responsive operation – even in turbulent situations
• Team player with engagement – no excuses, but solutions
