Geometric measurement of components and assemblies by means of manual measurement equipment and modern 3D measurement technology Recording, evaluation and complete documentation of measurement results Implementation of the quality control of standard components and catalogware Creation and further development of test plans Quality testing of customer-specific products, in particular end checks of customer projects in close coordination with the project management Monitoring, management and calibration of test equipment Active cooperation in the processing of complaints Support in the qualification of suppliers, including on-site audits Cooperation in quality circles and participation in internal audits

Complete vocational training in a technical or craft occupation, preferably in the field of metal construction Multiannual professional experience in quality assurance and a pronounced quality awareness Further training for the test device envoy and/or for the QS specialist Very good technical understanding and safe handling of complex technical drawings Experience in handling test and measurement equipment and relevant standards and guidelines Good knowledge of MS Office Impressed communication strength and enforcement capability Organisational skills, structured working and team skills
