As an in-house consultant (w/m/d) for our digital processes, you play a key role in the transformation of our customer management. You are the engine behind the development and implementation of innovative solutions that further develop our customer management. With the help of state-of-the-art technologies such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), you automate processes in the environment of SAP IS-U and thus create efficient, future-proof processes.

Their ideas include: You develop creative approaches for optimized business processes and create outstanding customer experiences. After release, you will implement this with full commitment and make the success of tomorrow. You analyze internal and external requirements in the area of digitalization and automation of customer management. From your analyses, you are conducting targeted measures and ensuring their successful implementation in practical, efficient solutions. Investing in direct contact with responsible persons and users (w/m/d) You assess the specific requirements of processes and applications, assess their relevance and set clear priorities to develop the most efficient solutions. From planning to management to successful implementation of projects – you control the entire process. Make sure budget, quality and timetables are always adhered to. You advise managers in process modeling and help them create sustainable and effective structures. You will also work in cross-departmental projects.

You have a successfully completed study - ideally with an industrial, IT-related focus. Alternatively, you have a successfully completed commercial or IT-related vocational training as a key user (w/m/d) in the SAP environment. You have SAP know-how - ideally in the IS-U module or S4/HANA Utillities and at best experience in the field of application of robotic process automation tools. You can demonstrate successes in project planning and project management. You have relevant professional experience and sound knowledge in the field of customer management processes. Your German knowledge corresponds at least to the language level B2. Embossed communication and network skills complete your profile.
