Support in building, maintaining and developing IT compliance and governance structures Maintenance, updating and structured documentation of policies, guidelines, procedural instructions, evidence, action and status overviews Participation in the organisation and administration of data protection management and information security management Support in the preparation, monitoring and follow-up of internal controls, reviews, audits and maturity assessments in the IT environment Tracking checks, deadlines, measures and potential for improvement Cooperation in contract, licensing and service management Support in IT project management, especially in case of appointment tracking, task coordination, documentation and status communication

Successfully completed training or studies related to IT, business, law, administration, information security or project management First experiences or a high level of willingness to learn in the fields of IT compliance, GDPR / data protection and information security Interest in standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, basic BSI protection, IT service management or internal control systems Safe handling of the applications of Microsoft Office as well as document management systems (DMS), wiki, ticket systems or detection documentation desirable
