We provide and organise staff-centric and inclusive services for clients with mental illness, disabilities and addiction diseases in the Stormarn district of Hamburg as well as in other locations in Schleswig-Holstein. For our residence Rothenmoor in Bargfeld-Stegen near Hamburg we are looking for a*n (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Working environment People with a dependency on illegal drugs and a mental illness find a housing and assistance offer in Rothenmoor after the qualified withdrawal. As part of the period of stay of up to one year, clients are encouraged to stabilise and prepare for a life that is free from addiction. Structural employment offers, sports and psycho-educative programs provide support and stress testing, while the differently equipped apartments and the remote location of the house serve as a rest and retreat. Together with the clients, our assistance team develops possible perspectives and life models and accompanies the necessary steps for entering an independent and satisfied life.
