Executive Board Advisor (m/f/d)

Not only do you want to accompany, but you want to actively shape it.As a Management Board Officer:in (m/w/d), you work closely on the side of the Management Board and especially support the strategic and operational management of the core business. You participate in key topics and projects, prepare decisions and structure complex issues. Together with the Executive Board, you will bring up new topics and develop them independently. In close cooperation with the Executive Board as well as with executives and departments, you gain deep insights into business relationships and work directly at the decision-making level. Management Board support for strategic and operational issues related to core business Preparation of presentations, analyses and decision bases for appointments at board level Cooperation on strategic projects and independent development of topics initiated together with the Executive Board Analysis of business, market and project developments and structured preparation of relevant findings structuring and channelling of requests to the Executive Board Close cooperation with executives and departments as an interface between management and organisation Support for core business in project and stock development and participation in cross-sector projects

Complete university studies, e.g. in Business Administration, Real Estate Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a comparable degree course Relevant professional experience in an analytical, project-oriented or strategic environment Outstanding interest in the real estate industry as well as the development, control and evaluation of real estate projects and portfolios Enthusiasm for business issues and strategic work in the context of project and stock development Analytical strength, structured thinking and a good understanding of economic relationships Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Very good conceptual skills as well as the ability to prepare complex content clearly and addressably Structured, careful and independent operation Communication strength, team skills and a professional appearance Confidential handling of sensitive and business-relevant information
