As a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant (d/w/m), you are a key part of our sales team and work closely with our sales managers as well as the product team to develop the optimal solutions for the requirements of our international customers. Your role combines analytical strength, customer understanding and the ability to clearly convey complex product contents. Your main tasks include: You analyze customer needs, requirements and goals and gain a deep understanding of their challenges, potentials and decision criteria. You develop convincing, tailor-made solution scenarios and present them professionally - from demo environments to conceptual presentations. You evaluate and calculate customer requirements on the basis of our existing price models, prepare them based on comprehensible offers and present them to the customer together with the sales team. You work closely with sales, technical partners and our product team to bring customer feedback. You optimally tune solutions and achieve market success together. You support the entire pre-sales process, prepare technical content, accompany supply phases and ensure a smooth transfer after conclusion of the contract

You bring at least 5 years of experience in software sales or pre-sales - ideally in the logistics environment. You have a high technical understanding and understand how to explain complex solutions in a comprehensible manner and to classify them in the customer's business context. Your communicative skills and presentation skills are distinct - both in virtual formats and on-site appointments. You have very good knowledge of German and English to communicate safely with our international customers and employees. You have a university degree in economics, industrial engineering or another relevant subject or have a comparable professional experience. You work structured, proactive and enjoy working closely with sales, product and customers.
