Pricing & Negotiations – You are responsible for the economic stability of our air rescue stations, terminate compensation contracts in due time and advance new financial statements. In doing so, you create calculations, key figures and presentations for contract negotiations. You support the negotiation with arguments, record results and evaluate financial effects of price changes. Management policy templates are also part of your tasks. Stakeholder and Relationship Management – You’re suggesting close internal cooperation, in particular with sales, accounting and controlling to coordinate pricing measures and participate in the development of business-specific pricing strategies. You are a contact person for our contractual partners and are responsible for good communication and sustainable relationships. Support in tender management – You carefully check public tender documents on economic risks and start economic calculations based on the tenders. Project and special tasks – You prepare evaluations and analyses for internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you support projects and cross-departmental projects within the air rescue.

The theory sits – you have a successfully completed study of the economics, health economics or a comparable qualification with an economic or pension service focus. Know-How – You have a high number affinity and well-founded knowledge in cost and performance accounting, ideally combined with economic thinking and retaliatory experience. You can also master the safe application of MS Office products and have experience in handling SAP. Professional experience – You can look back on a multiannual professional experience in healthcare, cost accounting or controlling, ideally related to retaliatory topics. Communication – You have very good knowledge of German and are able to express complex topics clearly and understandably, orally as in writing. You have a safe occurrence, have negotiation skills and persuasion.
