End-to-end management for processes and applications of a cloud-based platform in technical real estate management including connected systems (ERP, DMS, partner solutions). Process design, harmonisation and standardization of central technical PM processes (e.g. planning, budgeting, commissioning, performance detection, billing workflow). Configuration and (where required) customizing in SAP (e.g. MM/PS) or comparable solutions (e.g. Cloudbrixx) as well as ongoing system maintenance and optimization. Requirements management as an interface Business IT: Recording, structuring, prioritizing and documenting requirements; Apply professionally and ensure acceptances and specialist tests. Release, Test and Change Management: Test Planning, Coordination of Test Cycles, Control of User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and Rollout Planning. Integration and interface management incl. Monitoring – especially for ERP and DMS systems (data imports and exports, API-based connections). Second-level support for complex incidents/tickets: analysis, workarounds, sustainable fixes as well as control of handover to development/provider. Enablement and documentation: establish standards (e.g. docu and test case standards) and secure knowledge sustainably.
