You build all EHS processes in construction and develop them further You create, update and care hazard assessments, safety concepts and prevention plans You carry out regular safety visits, analyses and training on construction sites You advise project and construction management on safety and environmental issues You ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal standards and guidelines You evaluate safety-relevant incidents, perform Cause Analysis and take effective action

You have experience in civil engineering or a comparable technical discipline related to work safety, environmental protection or technical safety You have a clear look at risks and the ability to develop effective and pragmatic solutions You have a secure understanding of legal requirements, standards and current safety standards You are strong in communication, can clearly argue and are enforceable You are ready to take responsibility and are structured in challenging situations You are motivated to actively develop security and continually improve
