Compliance Lead (m/f/d)

You develop and anchor the Group-wide compliance management system (CMS) strategically and operatively in domestic and foreign subsidiaries. You build a powerful compliance team and lead existing team members and develop efficient structures and processes. You are central contact persons (w/m/d) for internal and external stakeholders in all compliance-relevant issues. You carry out compliance risk analyses, derive mitigation measures and develop functionally overlapping processes for risk reduction and monitoring, including the use of suitable AI-based tools. You process information from the reporting system and carry out internal investigations in close coordination with Legal, HR and, where appropriate, Internal audit. You prepare decision bases and reports for management and relevant bodies and support audits and certifications.

You have a degree in law or economics or a comparable qualification with multiannual relevant compliance experience. You provide many years of well-founded practical experience with company-wide compliance management systems and their central building blocks. You have experience in building, developing or transforming compliance structures and organisations. You work analytically, structured and proactively and are used to prepare decisions and to consistently maintain their implementation. You communicate with stakeholders at all hierarchical levels and convince by clear, solution-oriented communication. You communicate safely in German and English and communicate complex regula­tive content in a local and address-oriented manner.
