Internal Sales Clerk (m/f/d)

Independent collection, testing and processing of customer orders in the system. Precise calculations for components and various components. Professional support and correspondence with customers in German and English. Administrative preparation of dispatch processing and production of delivery documents. Careful maintenance of master data and general administrative activities using MS Office and the ERP system Timeline.

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. Relevant professional experience in the field of sales services or in order processing. Safe handling of popular MS Office applications (especially Word, Excel and Outlook). Application-proof knowledge in an ERP system (ideally timeline) are advantageous. Good knowledge of English in word and writing for communication with international partners. A reliable, customer-oriented way of working as well as a strong team capability.
