As a Junior IT Business Analyst*in, you are an important partner for our specialist areas in the care and development of our retirement products. In our agile team you will accompany the design of our UniProfiRente, our Riester-Altersvorsorgeprodukt, which leads the market with over 1.8 million contracts. During the period of incorporation, you will be given the necessary conditions to assess the requirements of the Union Investment professionally and technically and to participate in it. As part of our agile team, your tasks include: Support and advice of internal departments in enquiries and process change requirements for our pension products Recording technical and technical requirements of company-internal units and legal requirements in specialist concepts for the further development of existing applications Preparation and implementation of extensive tests and evaluation of test results Coordination of internal units and control of external service providers for the implementation and monitoring of production Acquisition of own tasks in our applications and their independent development

Successfully completed IT training or studies in economics, (economic) informatics or mathematics First relevant professional experience in a comparable function or during studies with e.g. student work Affinity for capital markets/the financial sector Openness for relational databases and SQL, test automation and coding Very good conceptual skills and analytical thinking A high level of customer orientation, communication strength and enforcement capability as well as a pronounced curiosity A working method characterized by partnership, appreciation and enthusiasm and team spirit We also welcome diverse educational backgrounds and work experiences.
