We are looking for a social pedagogue or a social pedagogue (w/m/d) in full-time or part-time at the next possible time.

They advise parents, children, young people and families on issues of education, family problems and crisis situations. They support families by providing, coordinating and actively controlling the necessary educational assistance. They ensure the protection of children and young people and take care of them if necessary. They work with the family court and bring your expertise to the regulation of custody and management law. At regular turnus you take on the willingness to call in the evening and weekend.

Complete study of social education, social work or comparable qualifications. Ideally experience in consultation, discussion and work with children, young people and families. Legal knowledge in the field of youth assistance is advantageous. Empathy, team skills and strong communication strength. An independent, structured and careful procedure. Safe handling of MS Office. Driver's license class B and willingness to use your vehicle for reimbursement. Flexibility for evening and weekend services.

Flexible work: full-time or part-time with minimum 60%, sliding time control, home office option, working time account for leisure compensation (e.g. for a Sabbatical). Attractive framework: Versatile task in an indefinite position with payment up to pay group S14 TVöD-SuE (3.847,03 – 5.337,97 Euro plus 180 Euro supplement in full time).
