Finance Transformation Manager (m/f/d)

Then we have a central role in the transformation of our financial organization. As Finance Transformation Manager (m/w/d), you actively shape the further development of our financial organization. In close cooperation with the Head of Finance, Accounting, Controlling, IT and other departments, you identify optimization and digitization potentials, guide transformation initiatives and encourage the successful implementation of sustainable changes. Optimization & further development: You identify potential for improvement in the financial sector and help to make, standardize and develop processes more efficiently. Transformation & Digitization: You initiate and support transformation projects in the financial sector, identify automation and digitization potentials and support their successful implementation. ERP & Change: You support ERP transformations and accompany harmonisation and standardization projects in the financial sector as well as organizational changes until successful implementation. Stakeholder Management: As a central interface, you work closely with Finance, Accounting, Controlling, IT and other areas of expertise to ensure efficient coordination between stakeholders. Governance & Compliance: You always have a look at legal, regulatory and internal requirements in the financial sector. In addition, you support the internal control system (IKS) as well as audits and compliance checks.

Your background: Successfully completed studies in business management, business informatics, economic engineering, or comparable qualifications – ideally focusing on finance, accounting or controlling. Professional experience: At least five years relevant professional experience in the financial sector, like in accounting or financial controlling. Transformation & Project Management: Experience in managing and supporting transformation, digitization or improvement projects and knowledge in project and change management. Problem solving competence: You can quickly capture, analyze and derive pragmatic, implementable solutions from complex situations. Digital understanding: A good understanding of ERP systems, digital applications and interfaces is what distinguishes you. New technologies and AI are open and targeted to analyze and solve questions. Personality & working methods: A high self-initiative and willingness to change, as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working, are yours. With the strength of communication, enforcing and persuasiveness, you can take with you different stakeholders and successfully promote topics.
