You support the management of our assembly team and secure a smooth project sequence You plan operations, capacities and resources and plan daily and weekly plans You coordinate internal employees and external service providers Ensure timely availability of all required materials, tools and spare parts You carry out quality and safety checks and maintain all standards You work new colleagues:inside and promote the continuous development of the team You communicate closely with sales, work preparation, production and project management to coordinate timetables and technical requirements You analyze project results and develop proposals for process optimization

You have a completed (technical) vocational training You have ideally experience with electronic drive systems for doors and knowledge in occupational safety, standards and quality management are advantageous You work structured, have organizational talent and are safe to use MS Office You are strong in communication, team-oriented and resilient You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You are ready for occasional travel to construction sites at customers: inside and a forklift license is advantageous You have 2 to 6 years of professional experience, at best in the technical field
