As a specialist in the Glüder hydropower plant, you are instrumental in ensuring the reliable drinking water supply for our region. In a technically demanding environment, you support our team in drinking water production, processing and storage. In doing so, you carry out responsible tasks in the operation, monitoring and maintenance of our plants and ensuring a consistently high water quality. You support the team in the Glüder water plant in the core tasks of drinking water extraction, treatment and storage, and actively participate in ensuring and optimising drinking water supply. Your area of responsibility includes the operation, monitoring and control of the processing and conveying systems and the container and pressure boosting systems. You install equipment and components on technical systems across the field. The parameterization, control and calibration of water quality measuring instruments is also part of your task. On the basis of maintenance plans as well as in the context of out-planned work, you carry out varied operations and maintenance tasks independently. In addition, you support the monitoring, control and maintenance of plant documentation and the collection of operating data. You are analysing and eliminating disturbances, actively participate in the cause of error analysis and, after successful incorporation, participate in the readiness to ensure drinking water supply. The workplace includes activities requiring safe handling of chemicals and hazardous substances.

You have a completed training as a specialist for water supply technology or a comparable technical training, e.g. in the electrotechnical field, as a network/pipe network monster*in or in the sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology sector. Ideally, you have experience in plant operation, maintenance or water supply. If you have no experience in drinking water supply: We will continue to qualify and accompany you intensively in your work. Electrotechnical knowledge is also advantageous, but no prerequisite. Your willingness to work on new topics is important. You are able to work on complex technical systems and cross-disciplinary tasks and to process them independently after appropriate incorporation. You have the ability to act responsibly, make decisions in operational operations and place great emphasis on safety at work. You can get into a small, closely coordinated team. You have basic PC identifiers (e.g. MS Office) and a class B driver license (BE of advantage).
