Planning coordinator for turnkey construction (m/f/d)

The activity begins in the early project phase (LPh2 / LPh3, HOAI) with the support of the early planning and calculation phase. Later, you are an integral part of the project teams and are responsible for coordinating execution planning, tenant planning and individual work planning. You control the entire planning process and are responsible for identifying planning risks in early project phases. You undertake the technical examination of the planning and the identification and clarification of contradictions. You coordinate external planning services and the timely inclusion of external experts for planning control and audit. You negotiate plan contracts with our planning partners and coordinate the receivable management. Your task also includes the creation and compliance of the planning schedule.

You have a degree as a civil engineer (w/m/d), architect (w/m/d) or a comparable training. You have professional experience in design and execution planning and/or project management in turnkey construction. You have good knowledge of the execution details in the turnkey construction. You bring user knowledge in iTWO or comparable building software, ideally you also have first knowledge in the field of CAD. You have an analytical way of thinking, work effectively, are flexible, team-capable and have an affinity for modern process processes as well as sustainable construction methods such as wood construction and serial construction. You are open to new technologies and working methods, ideally bring you first experiences in planning with BIM.
