Control of trenchless construction methods: You are responsible for the design in the field of HDD and Microtunneling. Depending on the experience, you conduct individual drilling or control several construction sections and procedures in parallel. Technical coordination and control: Drilling teams, subcontractors, surveying and other stakeholders are coordinated so that operations are implemented safely, precisely and economically. Quality, safety and regulations: Relevant contractual bases, technical regulations and guidelines (e.g. VOB) you have a look at and consistently implement them as part of the dignified construction design. Technical basis in deep or special depth construction: A completed study in civil engineering, a technician training or a comparable qualification forms your basis. Experience in trenchless construction methods: You have gained practical experience in the field of HDD and/or Microtunneling. Depending on the role, you conduct individual drilling or you already have experience in the superordinate control of several methods. Process and process understanding: Drilling technology, building ground, tolerances and technical relationships are familiar to you. You understand the peculiarities of digless procedures and can assess risks and control processes safely. Leadership and responsibility: Teams, drilling columns and after-contractors are clearly and binding. With experience, you also take over the technical leadership of several construction managers and support them in technical decisions. Structure and Economic View: You work organized, keeps costs, dates and resources in mind and always meet decisions with a view to a safe and economical construction process. Communication at technical level: In exchange with clients, specialist planners, project management and internal teams, you communicate clearly, solution-oriented and technically sound.
