As a People Analytics Expert (m/w/d), you are centrally responsible for deriving recommendations for action: you analyze P&O data, develop resilient decision bases and contribute directly to the strategic management of the area as well as company-wide decisions. Extend self-responsive projects, in particular the development and establishment of remuneration bands within the framework of the job architecture as a data-based basis for a transparent and controllable remuneration system Develop and further develop the company-wide personnel cost planning as well as the associated reporting and forecasting (including scenario and control logics) Develop People Analytics to measure, control and decision support strategic P&O topics Analyze and interpret personal-relevant data, identify trends and patterns, and deliver sound recommendations for action to prepare strategic decisions Actively contribute to ensuring data quality, consistency and meaningfulness of P&O data and support the introduction and further development of SuccessFactors as a central analytical interface Work closely with P&O interfaces and enterprise controlling

Degree in Economics with a focus on controlling, data analytics or comparable orientation Multiannual experience in HR controlling, ideally with touch points in the area People Analytics Experience in handling complex data as well as in deriving control logics and decision bases and their address-oriented switching Impressed analytical and conceptual thinking and the ability to proactively promote issues and actively shape decision-making processes Secure appearance and communication strength in cooperation with different stakeholders – from business partners to management
