Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Own responsibility, you design operational supply solutions, present them to the management, implement them and drive their technical development forward – including supply arrangements for companies of the LVM Group and the supply of the external service. Your tasks include advising business leaders of larger companies, tax advisors and auditors on complex tax, labour law and business matters. In the business operations of LVM Pensionsfonds‐AG, LVM Förderskasse GmbH and LVM Pensionsmanagement GmbH, you cooperate in a responsible manner and take over the controlling of the corporation tax exemption for the LVM Support Fund. This also includes the creation of pension plans and performance plans. In addition, you support, advise and coordinate outsourcing of pension obligations on the LVM pension fund. You coordinate enquiries, investigations and audits on regulatory requirements. In addition, create and check framework agreements and collective transactions. Furthermore, you will develop and implement divisional regulations for the compensation of supply and provide information for family courts. Together with product management and actuary product development, you design and design bAV products with regard to labour and tax requirements and work towards implementation in the management system. You are also actively involved in the operational and strategic development of pension management. This guides and coordinates cross-departmental and spear projects – focusing on the further development of digital processing concepts completes their portfolio of tasks.

You have a completed mathematical, economic or legal studies (master or diploma) and a successfully completed training as an actuary. You have a profound expertise in occupational retirement, in particular in the company pension law, tax and labour law and collective bargaining law. A long-term professional experience in occupational pensions and in the operation of care facilities is expected, ideally also leadership experience. The safe use of macro/VBA developments is of course. A strong communication and decision-making capability, as well as a high level of consulting expertise, especially in dealing with large-scale customers and complex legal issues, are your strengths. Participation in events, conferences, etc. and related business trips are of course for you.

Salary: We offer you a collectively regulated remuneration (compulsory contract for private insurance). In addition, you will receive Christmas and holiday allowances as well as extensive social benefits - including an occupational pension scheme. In addition, a future-proof workplace awaits you.

Homeoffice: You have the choice of different home office models, depending on the location and arrangement with your manager. At least two days are provided at the LVM campus. In addition to a fully-fledged technical equipment you get a unique home office tray of 800 € brutto.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm.
