Manos Holding AG is a umbrella organisation for our medium-sized group of companies based in Freiburg im Breisgau. Among others, Reservix GmbH as a 360-degree ticketing service provider, LMS Sport GmbH as a service provider for sports organisers, Gravitation Holding GmbH with its subsidiaries RBK Fusion GmbH and POA Events GmbH as, concert agency as well as festival organizers and Novantis Services GmbH as service providers in the field of death money insurance.

In addition to our headquarters in Freiburg i. B., the subsidiaries of Manos Holding AG maintain locations in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Duisburg, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Leipzig, Oldenburg and Vienna with currently around 500 employees.

We are now looking for reinforcements for Manos Holding AG.

Design instead of administration: You play the main role in our financial development. You implement a uniform reporting and controlling that sets standards. Inhouse Consultant & Problem Solderer (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d): You're far more than a number man. You act as an internal consultant (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), control your own projects and drive process optimizations forward. The threads come together with you: you are the central interface and make sure that solutions work out from challenges. Structure building: cost centers, cost centers, account frames – you create the foundation on which we can grow. In doing so, you question and optimise our current systems and tools. Close to the Action: You're not in the ivory tower. To understand how the Manos Holding ticks, you regularly travel to our locations all over Germany (also 2–3 days at a time). You build bridges between the subsidiaries and the headquarters. Free stage for your numbers: You're not just preparing your analyses, you're selling them. You present your results directly to the board and are Sparringspartner (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for our executives.

Your background: You have a degree in economics (BWL, Finance, Controlling, etc.) in your pocket. First spores deserve: You bring first professional experience in Finance / Controlling – whether through internships, student work or a first permanent job. You know how the rabbit runs (and is expected). Mindset: You are a “People Person” with a number understanding. You can communicate safely at all levels – from the Azubi to the Board of Management – and get people out of touch even in complex changes. Tech Stack: Excel and PowerPoint are your instruments you master virtuos. If you also have DATEV/Lucanet features: Jackpot (but not a must).
