Project Manager Warranty / Defect Management Construction in Berlin

As a central contact person in the warranty phase, you can handle the processing and tracking of defects in our construction projects. You conduct communication with clients, entrepreneurs and internal project teams. Technical evaluations of fault reports are your responsibility as well as the organisation and monitoring of the elimination of defects. With a view to the essentials, you tax the correspondence and pay attention to compliance with all deadlines. The maintenance of relevant data and the transparent documentation in the system complete your task area.

You have completed a training or study in the building industry – or you have a comparable qualification. First experience in warranty management, construction management or technical project work are of advantage. You work structured, think solution-oriented and keep track of multiple topics at the same time. Contact with people makes you happy – whether in direct conversation or in writing. You are safe in handling MS Office; Experiences with Docma or comparable systems are advantageous.
