To strengthen our IT department, we are looking for a full-time job for our headquarters in Lübeck at the next possible time

IT-Compliance & Requirements Manager (m/w/d) You are responsible for our IT compliance and are responsible for compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, standards and internal guidelines that apply to our IT infrastructure and processes You are responsible for the identification, collection, documentation and management of IT requirements within the CineStar Group and on project basis You create and develop requirements in cooperation with the specialist departments You coordinate and monitor the holistic processes of IT development and ensure compliance with milestones, dates and quality standards You are part of the IT support team and in deputy role you take on the professional and disciplinary leadership responsibility for IT staff

A completed technical or scientific study or comparable training or corresponding experience Mind. 5 years of professional experience in this or in a comparable position Knowledge of the development and implementation of IT strategies in complex organisational structures Knowledge of common standards of IT and project management and experience in requirements management methods You like to work independently, aim-oriented and structured, and enjoy the handling of new technologies You draw your attention through creative, conceptual and analytical skills and have the ability to manage complex interfaces safely Good knowledge of English in word and writing complete your profile
