My tasks: leadership, motivation and strategic orientation of a team of currently 10 employees, design and development of assistance systems for operational system operation, including in the course of our control system project “MCCS”, definition of requirements for assets, customer facilities, processes and IT from the perspective of the coordinated network security analysis; Strategic development of the Redispatch determination server of the German transmission system operators, conception of resilient system management concepts for all events – from happy flow to network rebuilding, 50Hertz representation in national and international bodies, Close coordination with the operational teams of the 50Hertz system management to constantly improve the processes.

Master or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering / Energy Technology, established system understanding and deeper knowledge of network calculation and optimization, Very strong interest in the continuous development of employees and methods for the efficient handling of questions in the team, extraordinary analytical skills and the ability to understand and prepare complex facts at the point, Affinity for digitalization and automation, Languages: knowledge of German and English (each C1).
