Technical and organizational management of the psychotherapeutic team at Egenhausen site Responsibility for therapeutic quality and professional development of clinical processes Close cooperation with medical, upper and nursing staff in the interdisciplinary leadership team Psychotherapeutic support of patients as part of our Christian-Integrative Treatment Concept Conducting selected individual and group therapies to a reduced extent Supervision, promotion and professional support of younger colleagues Active participation in the development of our psychotherapeutic training and professional development structures Participation in the conceptual further development of our therapeutic offers and structures within the framework of clinical growth

Approbation as Psychological Psychotherapist/ Psychological Psychotherapist Multiannual professional experience in psychosomatic or psychiatric fields, ideally in clinical settings Joy in taking responsibility and actively shaping therapeutic work leadership skills, team orientation and an appreciation of communication style Interest in conceptual development and support for younger colleagues Self-employed and structured work Identification with the basic idea of our clinic (psychotherapy based on Christian faith)
