Copilot Studio, including Configuration, Testing and Quality Assurance Support for the development and imple­mentation of AI solutions in cooperation with the departments Creation of small prototypes (e.g. bots, flows), experimenting with Few-Shot / CoT-Prompts and maintenance of knowledge sources (RAG) under the guidance Work on the planning and implementation of internal workshops and hackathons to enable the departments

Continuous studies of economics, economics, mathematics, business management, insurance or a comparable subject, preferably with a residual period > 1 year First experiences in Microsoft-365 services (SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform) High levels of initiative and the ability to work proactively and systematically into new topics Curiosity for modern AI techniques (e.g. prompting patterns, RAG) and motivation to learn and apply best practices quickly Inspiring handling of ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini or other generic AI chatbots High openness, learning and team orientation Flowing German knowledge (min.
