Experte (m/d) Darmstadt | Unlimited | Full time | Hybrid

You take over the group-wide consultation on issues arising from European digital legislation (e.g. AI Regulation, Data Act, Data Governance Act, Digital Service Act, Digital Market Act) and support their implementation. The auditing of the data processing processes as well as the evaluation of the level of data protection for internal bodies and external contractors or service providers, including the creation of audit plans, are also your activities. The creation of practical and risk-oriented measures, concepts and processes in coordination with the operational areas in the upper thematic areas complements your area of responsibility. You can use your expertise to continuously monitor legal developments in these areas, including legislative changes, current jurisdictions and regulatory requirements. Examination of the impact on the Group companies and the derivation of appropriate measures will complete your task.

Completed studies in IT law, data protection, economic law or comparable qualification Practical experience in data protection law, ideally knowledge of EU digital legislation or willingness to acquire it Ability to grasp and understand complex legal issues High integrity, trustworthiness and confidentiality Good knowledge of German and knowledge about MS Office
