As a helper in boatbuilding (m/w/d), you will immerse yourself in the exciting world of boatbuilding, where you not only work with tools, but create real works of art. Whether you're just starting or bringing up to three years of experience, we're looking for someone with passion and an eye for detail! In addition, you are responsible at the site for the boats to look solid, durable and simply spectacular.

• You will help when installing boat parts, such as decks, bug parts and more.
• You prepare materials and make sure everything is ready for production.
• You support repairs and maintenance work.
• You align components and secure their perfect fit.
• You carry out quality checks and ensure high-quality results.
• You keep the workshop clean and organized.
• You work closely with experienced boat builders and learn best practices.
• You take care of safety precautions and ensure a safe working environment.
• You can participate in creative adaptations and designs.
• You are part of challenging and challenging projects that will make you proud!

We are looking for

Are you our next boatbuilding hero? You should have a few things in your baggage. We are looking for people who are motivated, happy to pack up and enjoy wood, metal and boats. Whether you're the born craftsman or just want to try out the boatbuilding, there are no wrong ways! The basic requirements:

• You have at best experience, but you are also welcome as a beginner.
• You bring craftsmanship and a certain technical understanding.
• You're team-ready and you're not afraid of physical work.
• You may already have experience in wood, metal or plastic processing.
• You have basic knowledge in the use of tools and machines.
