In the construction project management of the BfV, you as a specialist take on a central role in the realization of demanding construction projects at our location in Cologne. Your expertise will help you plan, coordinate, control and monitor long-term and extensive construction projects. You take over the project management of new, re- and extension structures according to RBBau on the basis of the specific requirements of a message service. The specialist departments of the house will advise you on strategic issues and coordinate the user-specific requirements for the subprojects arising in the construction project. You represent the interests of the BfV in the construction process and act as a link between internal and external actors. Due to your communication strength, team capacity and enforcement capability, you contribute significantly to the successful development of the construction projects.

You have German citizenship and have completed your studies (Bachelor, Diploma/FH) in Economic engineering with the deepening of construction or Civil engineering or construction management or Architecture with focus on project management or Real estate management with focus on project management. We expect very good knowledge of project management or control, a high interest in issues related to construction project management and a high degree of initiative and ability to independently structur tasks and solutions.
