Your tasks:

• provision of parts and materials (e.g. core sheets, Pressing rods, pull rods) according to requirements
• preparation, change and adjustment of tools and Mounting devices (e.g. core storage)
• laying and coating of core and upper yoke components by Requirements
• Documentation of measurement results, reworking and committee
• recognition of disorders, introduction of measures to Fixing and sharing of fault descriptions
• performing maintenance and cleaning operations according to Maintenance plans
• Compilation of materials and components by means of Lists and procurement of the necessary tools
• Defining the workflow after consultation with the supervisor
• manufacture of components according to drawing or Coordination of Manufacturing and measurement of supplied parts
• Installation, re-clamping and securing of transformer active parts Drawing on instruction
• assembly of simple transformer windings according to production documents, optionally with industrial trucks
• Examination of the dimensional accuracy according to the drawing and implementation of adaptation and reworking
• Participation in repairs of transformer active parts technical instructions
• Indication of necessary changes in drawings and technical documentation

Your profile:

• Complete vocational training with professional experience metal construction or electrical engineering or a comparable Qualifications
• A crane license is required at the latest at the start date
• readiness to change layer system
• Experience and understanding in reading technical drawings
