Account Manager (m/w/d)

You work in a dedicated team and take responsibility for the processing of personal and property damage in the commercial sector. You benefit from a strong team combination and exchange of expertise. Through your investigations, including technical aspects, you contribute to comprehensively clarifying the situation. Your contribution leads to fair and efficient solutions. In case of damage, you are responsible for checking the insurance cover and the liability aspects. Your expertise helps our customers to gain clarity about their claims and ensures smooth handling. You actively shape communication and negotiations with beneficiaries and their legal representatives. Your skills in conversation are crucial to achieving the best results.

You have a completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance or a commercial training with a multi-year professional experience in the insurance industry. Ideally, you have already gained experience in damage processing. This knowledge allows you to support our customers competently and make quick, solution-oriented decisions. Your ability to communicate clearly and convincingly, combined with a pronounced negotiation skill, helps you to optimally advise our customers. Your strong service awareness and team skills help create a positive working environment and promote team collaboration.

Salary: You receive a collectively regulated remuneration (compulsory contract for private insurance). In addition, you receive holiday and Christmas money as well as extensive social benefits - including an occupational pension scheme. In addition, a future-proof workplace awaits you.

Homeoffice: Depending on the location and arrangement with your leadership, you can choose between different home office models. At least two days are provided at the LVM campus. In addition to a fully-fledged technical equipment, you will receive a unique home office tray of 800 € gross.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm. In this case, any overtime that has been completed is of course paid out or can alternatively be compensated for by leisure.

Flexibility: In addition to our home office, you can work up to ten more days on the mobile side within Germany or in the EU. We thus promote the compatibility of your professional and private goals.
