The rooms in our kitas are creative and learning landscapes for children and offer pedagogical professionals the opportunity to fully develop their ideas and potential. The concept of open pedagogy of mindfulness corresponds to our approaches to the development of children. Self-perception, self-determination, self-confidence and self-responsibility are the focus.

We are looking for you as a SPA in our crib area:

• Accompaniment of our children in the individual day of kita along our open pedagogy of mindfulness. Their work is based on the needs of the children.
• In the daily morning circles, our children can choose from different offers that you have worked out taking into account the interests of the children.

Your skills - Our expectations

• A completed training as a SPA or a comparable degree is absolutely necessary. A focus in one of the six educational areas of the educational guideline in Schleswig-Holstein is desirable, but we do not assume.
• Openness, willingness to learn and teamwork as well as knowledge, experiences or interest in the field of open pedagogy of mindfulness complete your profile.
