As one of the most important areas in the Sparkasse Leverkusen, the IMMOmarkt combines a competent building finance consulting with sustainable values and personal proximity to our customers. We are looking for a dedicated consultant:in which our private and individual customers support their construction financing and offers them tailor-made solutions.

Your dream job in detail: You conduct comprehensive consultations with new and existing customers:inside, you will find the best financing solution for them. You accompany our customers: during the entire construction and modernization phase until completion. You are able to evaluate and assess building finance projects, economic conditions and collateral, and to approve and prepare resulting credit decisions or make decisions. You advise our customers holistically and integrierst composite products in building financing. You work closely with specialist: inside. You recognize sales opportunities and guide customers to other areas of our house. With your commitment and consulting skills, you contribute to the achievement of the sales goals and successfully implement predefined sales measures.

That's what you bring: You have a successful degree as a Sparkassenfachwirt:in (the Sparkassenakademie) or comparable and ideally have several years of experience in the construction finance consulting. You are passionate about our customers through specialist expertise in general sales topics, have a high interest in the construction finance business and the various design options as well as legal features. You are a team player and are looking for the joint success with your colleagues. You show motivation and above-average self-initiative with new challenges and are ready to continue your education. Excellent communication skills, pronounced risk awareness and entrepreneurial thinking and acting round off your profile.
