For our technical building equipment (TGA), we are looking for an experienced personality for the project management HLKS with a focus on housing construction. Together we implement sustainable, energy-efficient and future-oriented building concepts.

Own-sponsored management and control of HLKS/TGA projects in housing construction as well as responsibility for costs, time coordination, quality and economic project success Coordination of all phases of the project – from demand analysis and costing, supply creation and procurement to commissioning and post-calculation Leadership and coordination of internal planning teams and external project participants Control, award and acceptance of after-contracting services Contact for customers, builders and project partners throughout the entire project Projecting in intensive customer contact from idea finding to project completion

Complete study in the field of supply technology, building technology or comparable training with corresponding additional qualification as technician or master in the field of HLKS/TGA Multiannual professional experience in project management of HLKS projects as well as sound knowledge in technical building equipment (TGA) Experience in handling CAD programs and planning tools Technical understanding combined with commercial thinking Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Joy in team collaboration, a friendly appearance and a strong sense of responsibility
