You are responsible for the complete recruiting cycle: from the determination of our future personnel needs to interviews and to the contract signature Make an outstanding Candidate experience and ensure an optimal fit between candidate, job and corporate culture You are responsible for the targeted formulation & switching of job advertisements, operate Active Sourcing and represents our employer brand to the outside You actively participate in the further development of our recruiting processes

You have a well-established degree (e.g. business, psychology, social sciences, etc.) Ideally, you bring first experience in recruiting. With your open and sympathetic way, you can inspire applicants:inside for our company You like to work hands-on in the daily business and at the same time develop a good understanding of strategic recruiting themes
