Senior Structural Engineer / Structural Engineer (m/f/d)

For our headquarters in Dortmund, we are currently looking for a Senior Statiker (m/w/d). The position is indefinite and can be filled in full time (40 hours per week) at the next possible time.

Creating, testing and releasing testable static calculations in the field of structural steel construction taking into account technical and legal requirements is one of your daily tasks You advise planning and design teams regarding static feasibility and possible optimizations in terms of manufacturing costs In conversations with authorities, experts or test statists, as well as customers, you will bring your expertise to a clear and solution-oriented communication In addition, you participate in the award of engineering services and take over the following technical support of the commissioned services You support the development of internal standards, templates and tools Your work on cost determinations, scheduling and design descriptions are further components of your activity

You have a degree in civil engineering with a focus on construction engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in creating static calculations In communication with authorities, customers and experts, you are confident and solution-oriented Safe handling of common static software such as e.g. B. RStab is self-evident Understanding in the fields of solid construction and basic construction are very advantageous Experience in the field of FEM calculations is desirable You work structured, think analytical and like to take responsibility for your projects In addition, you bring very good German knowledge and a strong communication skills for this activity – especially in exchange with experts, authorities and entrepreneurs
