Take over responsibility for project management Integrated control and monitoring of construction and Investment projects in all phases (preparation, planning, execution, completion) Ensuring compliance with cost, time and quality objectives Coordination of all internal and external project participants (e.g. specialist planners, authorities, exporting companies) Participation in cost determination and continuous cost control Examination, preparation and monitoring of contracts, supplements and amendments Monitoring the quality requirements and testing of planning and execution documents Participation in warranty negotiations and final project evaluation Support for CAPEX measures and support for asset and property management (collection, evaluation and implementation of offers)
