Student trainee in Finance and Controlling (m/f/d)

Support in the strategic orientation of overarching topics and innovations in finance and controlling Participation in reporting, (special) analyses and projects Initiation, development and control of process optimization and automation in consultation with departments (controlling and financial accounting) Creating concepts and decision templates on digitalization and automation projects (e.g. building an ERP-based liquidity planning, ...) Participation in the collection and data management of the inventory of fixed assets Data management and analysis in various IT systems (including proAlpha, PowerBI, MS Access) Supporting the accounting and controlling team in case of administrative tasks in day-to-day business (e.g. on holiday and disease periods) Exchange with a wide range of disciplines, participation in the combination of disciplines and finance and proactive management of own small projects both operationally and organizationally

Continuous studies in the field of business, economic engineering or comparable, preferably with the focus and interest in controlling and accounting as well as (very) good services Enthusiasm for automation and digitization topics Good MS Office skills (excel, access) knowledge of an ERP system of advantage, but no need IT affinity of advantage High reliability & diligence, team capacity, initiative and analytical skills as well as openness to digitization issues
