In your new role, you are actively working on the further development of our hybrid SAP HCM system landscape. We use the on Premise Module Personalmanagement (PA), Personal Accounting (PY), Personalzeitwirtschaft (PT), Organisation Management (OM) and SAP Fiori, as well as the SuccessFactors Cloud Services for Recruiting and Talent Management. There are no limits to your spirit of innovation and you can contribute both forward-looking and professionally. In this context, you take the following tasks: Design: You bring your ideas into our software applications – from concept creation to technical implementation Forerunner:in: You can always introduce yourself as a technical:n forerunner: we build on your ideas and suggestions to build our systems forward-looking. Also welcome in our team of SAP Lead Developers:inside Skillset: You are familiar with ABAP and ABAP OO and want to develop yourself further. With us all doors are open to you – further training is written to us. Process understanding: You can think very well into business processes and translate the concerns of the departments into technical implementation

Professional and personal - Your qualifications are convincing. You have successfully completed your studies of (economic) computer science or have a comparable qualification with SAP reference You can demonstrate multi-year professional experience in consulting or corporate IT in the context of SAP HCM You can rely on programming knowledge in ABAP, ABAP OO, Smart Forms as well as relevant knowledge with own development (Customizing) next to the SAP standard You have first experiences with SAPUI5 (Fiori) You speak and write fluent German and good English Summa summarum: You want to contribute to the further development of the SAP landscape of Europe's largest housing group and our approx. 200-person-strong team (we are still developing ourselves) strengthen your expertise?
