Plant mechanic - new construction / assembly / sanitation, heating and air-conditioning (m/f/d)

You take the professional leadership on our new construction sites and ensure the high-quality installation of sanitary, heating and ventilation systems. As a central contact person on site, you control the cooperation with your team, the construction managers and other trade unions and agree closely with the project management. You are responsible for compliance with the plans, dates and safety regulations and take over the construction site documentation. You coordinate the material supply by picking up the already prepared goods for your construction site in our warehouse in Krefeld – without annoying preparatory work.

You have a completed training as a plant mechanic: in sanitary, heating and climate engineering (SHK) or a comparable qualification. You bring at least 8 years of professional experience in the SHK area, ideally you have already gained first experience in the guidance of a small team. A valid class B licence is required for the journeys to the construction sites and to the warehouse. Your work is self-responsibility and solution-oriented, and you always keep an overview of several parallel tasks. For the smooth coordination in the team and with the construction managers, you speak fluently German (C1 level).
