Emschergenossenschaft and Lippeverband are jointly the largest wastewater provider and operator of wastewater treatment plants in Germany and reliable partners of our municipal and industrial members. We are looking for a project manager*in (m/w/d) at the Essen site for our planning and construction business.

Project management and control of water construction projects over all HOAI performance phases Project planning, target definition and building efficient project structures Holistic project controlling with regard to dates, costs, quality and sustainable performance assurance Contract management and negotiations with external service providers, engineering offices and construction companies Stakeholder communication and interface management with internal departments, municipalities, authorities and partners

Complete master's degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering or comparable, ideally with professional experience in the project management Knowledge of water management and relevant regulations and standards (HOAI, VOB, DWA, WHG, UVgO, GWB, LWG) Very good knowledge in project controlling as well as safe handling of MS Project, SAP PPM and common computer applications Impressed communication strength with experience in the management and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams as well as structured, independent and entrepreneurial work combined with marked negotiation security driving licence class B
